Management Accounts
The production of regular and accurate financial information is crucial to understanding how your business is performing.
A regular review of the “bottom line” and other key indicators tracking overall business performance ensure there are no unpleasant surprises in the pipeline.
Our accounting services division has been designed to complement our existing consultancy activities and provides:-
- Monthly or Quarterly Management Accounts
- VAT Compliance
- Quarterly Consultancy – based on above
- Year End Accounts Preparation**
- Abridged and full, dependent on Company size (as defined by the Companies Act 2006)
**Audited accounts are currently outside the scope of our services.
Financial Accounts
All incorporated businesses must file annual accounts with the Registrar of Companies. Unless this is the first set of accounts, private companies have 9 months (6 months for public companies) from the accounting reference date to deliver their accounts to the Registrar.
If you are filing your company’s first accounts and those accounts cover a period of more than 12 months, you must deliver them to Companies House:
- within 21 months of the date of incorporation for private companies, or
- within 18 months of the date of incorporation for public companies, or
- 3 months from the accounting reference date, whichever is longer.
We can help with the production of full and abridged annual accounts for filing with the Registrar of Companies.
