Illustrative Pricing
Every business is unique, so the type of services and the level of support required are different. We like to get to know our clients, how your business works, and how we can seamlessly add value with the right combination of services at the right price.
To give you an idea of our prices, we’ve set out below illustrative pricing based on service levels that would be provided when using Xero as your Cloud Accounting solution.
The basic package covers the essentials to keep you up and running trouble-free with Xero and also comes with a level of support that is more effective than the one Xero provides through their own support desk.
If the basic package doesn’t quite cover the services and support you are looking for, then our Standard service may be a better option. This includes the preparation of half-yearly or quarterly management accounts and an opportunity to discuss the detail either face-to-face or using Skype.
Our enhanced service is for growing businesses and provides higher levels of support. This can include the preparation of monthly management accounts and generating detailed financial reports comparing actual results against forecast and highlighting pre-determined KPI’s. This is a difficult service to price, because of the time and effort required to set systems up so they provide insightful and meaningful information that can be used to improve business profits. We are happy to provide a detailed quote to any business owner who may be interested in this service.

*All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and may vary depending on your demands and the size of your business. If you are new to Xero, we will meet with you and agree a cost of conversion (i.e. putting all your data into Xero and finalising matters on your existing system). We will also provide a quote for any Xero training that may be required. Terms & conditions are provided with our standard pricing schedule as well as our standard terms of engagement as recommended by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Other add-on services
In addition to the above, we charge separately for the preparation of Year End Accounts and the associated Corporation Tax computation(s) when these are completed. These are filed online with Companies House and HMRC on your behalf.
Our Year End service is discounted for Xero users on the ‘Standard’ or ‘Enhanced’ service, because information is usually up-to-date and easily accessible.
